The object of this agreement is the purchase of advertising space in our ONLINE-DATABASE. Holidaymakers wishing to rent a holiday home get a comprehensive overview of the homes available and they will book them directly with the owner, the landlord or their agent. www.feriendomizile-online.com will not get involved at all in the agreement between the owner, the landlord or their agent and the person renting a holiday home and can thus not be held responsible for any damages caused. The liabilities remain exclusively with the two parties of the rental contract.

 

Any other information given by the owner, the landlord or their agent will not be verified by Feriendomizile-Online. Any claims will have to be addressed directly to the owner, the landlord or their agent.

“Feriendomizile-Online” reserves the right to edit the text of the advertisements, reduce their volume or refuse a publication without stating any reasons for such a refusal.

The owner, the landlord or their agent accepts that all information / data that he has passed on to “Feriendomizile-Online” will be registered by the latter, who in turn certifies that no such information will be passed on to a third party.

 

The operator of www.Feriendomizile-Online.com cannot be held responsible for technical problems or limited server inaccessibility. A refund to the owner, the landlord or their agent in case of long-term inaccessibility is limited to his yearly subscription rate.

However, the operator of www.Feriendomizile-Online.com reserves the right to file a case at the place of residence of the owner, the landlord or their agent.
