Ausführliche Beschreibung: At the end of a white limestone way,this is an old comfortable and clear traditional stone buiding, with down,Gironde tiled floor and upstairs, wooden floor. Entrance is under a flowered porch. First, the electric kitchen which has another french window opening on a shadowed terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, looking on a large flowered garden with a natural pool. After,the living room with on one side the siting room with sofa,armchairs,TV and an open old stone fire-place ;on dining side,a large marble table,a chest and a beautiful old stone staircase. Upstairs,a large clear place with 1 large bedroom (5x5):1 double bed and after a corridor,bathroom with bath, 2 wash basins, 1 another large bedroom: 1 double bed, one 3rd bedroom : 2xsingle beds and another batroom with shower cabin, wash-basin and toilets. Access to the covered swimming-pool with stairs,massages,contra-current,games:table tennis, badminton, bowls...with tables, relax, no opposite excepted with 2 donkeys. |

Our 3 houses are 100m.from the little country road at the end of a limestone way,and 2km from Genissac village, amongst vineyards, with nice charming gardens. Génissac is 30km from Bordeaux, splendid XVIIIth architechtural town on the river Garonne, 10km from Libourne and Creon,2 old "bastides",15 km from Pomerol and St-Emilion (middle aged town part of Unesco heritage), and their wines castles. It is an ideal place for relaxation, cultural visits and any sport.
