Within the peaceful heart of Kamala neatly tucked away on a private side street, you will discover the tranquil gated community known as Kamala Seabreeze Villas. This collection of four modern pool villas is the ideal holiday rental choice for those seeking out seclusion, luxury and convenience, alongside attractive rates. The villas are set over a spacious area of 780sqm, with 220sqm for internal use. The luxurious living space sits within footsteps of a fully equipped western kitchen. There are three bedrooms in total, two of which own ensute bathrooms. There is also a separate guest bathroom on the premises.


Kitchen: This quaint kitchen is built to European standards with a tasty selection of name brand appliances to aid your culinary bouts of self-catering. When you are on holiday, it is ideal to have cooking options for quiet and romantic nights in front of the television. The appliances include a coffee maker, stovetop and extractor, a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a rice cooker. Attractive dishware and cutlery are also plentiful.

Living Room: When visiting one of these classy pool villas, you are immediately greeted by hand-carved wooden doors at the entrance that showcase a touch of craftsmanship sometimes lost in the modern world. Once inside, you will enjoy the light tones of the open plan living space with its pristine white ceramic tiled floors that provide a contemporary feel to the surroundings. Spread out and relax on the L-shape leather settee whilst enjoying the choice of DVDs and satellite channels on the Phillips flat-screen TV. Look out towards the lush vegetation of the landscaped garden in its full glory through the tall surrounding patio windows. The living room comfortably sits six people, so there are copious amounts of space to take advantage of.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms share a comfortable and classy layout within a relaxed atmosphere. The master bedroom owns a double bed, spacious built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom equipped with shower facilities and twin washbasins. The great feature of the master is the tall patio windows that open up directly poolside. What a great way to wake up every morning. The two guest bedrooms follow a similar layout to the master. However, the ensuite bathroom is replaced by a shared bathroom that meets in the middle. The bedrooms both have double beds and showering facilities also.
