SAMOLASI INN
The Samolasi Inn is located in the centre of Giolou Village in the province of Paphos. The Inn is situated in the old neighborhood next to a 200 year old church. The Samolasi Inn is consisted of eight stone built houses (studios), sharing a common yard, with a share swimming pool and a flourishing garden, creating a fascinating atmosphere, ideal for relaxing.
KOSTARIS COMPLEX
"Erasing a piece of the past, you expunge a similar piece of the future". These words where written by the famous, Nobel price-awarded, Greek poet G. Seferis in his effort to stress the importance of maintaining a country’s heritage and cultural identity. The essence of this phrase motivated Dr. Nestora Michael in his effort to rebuild the Kostaris Complex.
Kostaris complex is situated on the top of the hill of Goudi village. It is a stone built complex of three individual traditional houses, sharing a common yard and a flourishing garden, with its traditional oven, wine-press and a share swimming pool with a matchless view.
KOUYIOUKA WATERMLL
The Kouyiouka Watermill is a renovated, partially European Union funded, Folkloric and Cultural Multicenter located 2km after Giolou village on the provincial road connecting Paphos to Polis.
The Multicenter offers the following facilities:
(i) Coffee Shop and Kiosk of well chosen traditional products.
(ii) Restaurant and Bar.
(iii) Traditional Bakery and Workshop of various traditional products.
(iv) The Kouyiouka Watermill’s folkloric exhibition center, which is based on the following themes: “Bread, Wine and Olive oil”.
(v) Our cellar, where apart from our own production, other selected Cypriot wines will be stored and offered to the visitor for wine tasting and purchase.
