Villa Alba 1

Villa Alba is a villa, consisting of two flats, built in 2000 in the little village of Ossuccio, opposite Isola Comacina.
The flat Villa Alba 1 is on the first floor, a living room with fitting kitchen, looking out onto the terrace with a marvellous view of the lake. The kitchen has a gas hob and an electric oven , dishwasher, fridge with freezer, an extractor and includes dishes and cooking utensils.
The dining area has a table and 8 chairs. In the living room area are 2 sofa, a cupboard, shelves and a TV.
A long corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and wardrobes, one with a single bed. The bathroom has a bath tub with hydro massage , a wash basin and toilet. On the second floor is an other big bedroom with a double bed and an other small bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The flat is newly-furnished and has its own heating.
Private parking place.
