In Cecina Marina there is an Aquatic Park which is very popular with the youngsters where you can spend all day using the water-slide , jumping off the springboard or testing th e strength of artificial waves and with the entertainment of a famous DJ.
During the evenings there are a wide choice of restaurants, pizza, bar, discos, open markets and village festivals on the near by h ills.
You can easily reach many Spa towns for a relaxing and body care where there are natural spring s with water at 37 ° C. The best are the Calidario Thermal Bath in Venturina (30 km) or Casciana Terms (45 km) where you can find swimming pools and thermal baths

The Cecina is placed in the north - west of a wide Tuscany area called Maremma and has beaches for about 8 km.
The weather is particularly mild all the year long because of its sunny position and i t's protected by the h ills in the east .
Cecina Marina is one of the most important and preferred tourist areas in Tuscany for its clean sea water.
There are many towns rich of art and history that you can easily reach from Cecina. For example:Pisa , Siena, Florence, S. iminiano, Volterra .

The Apartment Verrazzano is based in Verrazzano Street N ° 3 in Cecina Marina in the Livorno 's district , and it's easy reach by car, train and plane .

By Car :Take the motorway , A12 , Genova-Livorno, then at the exit of Rosignano continue south in the direction of Rome on the road SS 1/E, for Livorno-Grosseto, and exit at Cecina.
Follow the signs for Cecina Marina, drive along Della Repubblica Avenue up to the coast and then turn left in to Della Vittoria Street, drive about 300 metres to Verrazzano Street ( in front of the Restaurant “ El Faro ” ) , and the apartment is there.
By Train :Take the Livorno-Rome train and stop at the Cecina's rail station where you can take a bus or a taxi to the Apartment which will take about 10 minutes .
There are many trains from Milan to Cecina , ( about 4 ½ hours ) , or from Bologna to Cecina, ( about 3 ½ hours ) , or from Rome
toCecina ( about 3 hours ) .
