Detailed description:

The apartment sleeps 6 people and occupies all the ground floor of the villa and has an independent entrance. There is a large lounge and dining area (120 square metres) with a double sofa bed. French windows lead on to the terrace where there is garden furniture for eating outside. The terrace looks on to the lovely garden. There is a fully-equipped American kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and two bathrooms. Private parking. The town is 45 kms north of Rome and is well-connected by public transport to the centre of Rome. The coast with its many beaches is a 40 minute drive from the town.

How to find us:

We are 45 kms north west of Rome and can be reached by taking the Cassia SS2, and the same distance south of the city of Viterbo which can be reached from the main motorway Florence - Rome and then on the Cassia SS2 to Sutri and across to Trevignano. We are about an hour's drive from Rome's two main airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino, where cars can be hired for the holiday.
