Detailed description:

This two bedroom apartment is finished and decorated to a very high standard throughout and has fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is furnished with a beautiful "sleigh-style" double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a main bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment has a spacious lounge with open plan kitchen. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which may be used to accommodate further guests if agreed by the agents/owners prior to renting the apartment. There is a home entertainment system comprising of tv, cd (MP3) and dvd players. The complex has twenty-four hour security and is gated and patrolled by security personnel. Within the complex there is a swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, barbeque area, club-house and self service laundromat. The apartment also has two exclusive parking bays directly outside.

Description of the area:

Blouberg is well known for water sports and kite surfing. Kilarney race track is about 8km from the apartment. There are many restaurants and bars within five minutes and shops within 500m of the apartment. The nature reserve flamingo vlei is also nearby. Golf courses and gym's for the energetic!
