1 BEDSIT per 3 people (3 adults + 1 baby) inside our farm house, with bathroom (WC, shower, washbasin), kitchenette, separate entrance and patio.
LIVABLE FLOOR AREA: 32 mq
GUEST FACILITIES: 1 double bed, 1 sofa beds, TV, wardrobe, hair dryer, air fan, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, electric hob, refrigerator, table, chairs, 1 set of sheets, 1 set of towels for every guest, 1 set Linen, blankets, pillows.
WASHING SERVICES: sheets (1 time per week), towels (2 times per week).
HOUSE SERVICES: Garden maintenance, Parking.
The price, per week: Euro 500 + Euro 30 final cleaning, all taxes included.
In the price is included: heating system, standard light and water consumption.
In the price is not included: daily cleaning and breakfast service.

Description of the area:

The country house is located at an elevation of 640 m in the middle of a 42-acre farm, full of nut, cherry and olive trees, seven kilometres away from Palazzolo Acreide. The Aguglia Farm is 30 minutes from Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, the Pantalica Nature Reserve and is only 20 minutes from Cavagrande del Cassibile and Noto. It is half an hour from the Noto beaches and 40 minutes from the Ognina Marina, a small natural inlet used by local fishermen to dock their boats. The Diving Center is also located in the marina.

How to find us:

It is easy to find us if you reach SP 24 road that joins Palazzolo Acreide -Testa della Acqua - Noto. You will find the signs of the 7th and the 8th km at exactly 7, 300 km there is the farm holiday road. From motor-way ME-CT follow the road signs to Syracuse. Turn into SS114 to Syracuse go beyond the first exit Floridia-Syracuse and turn into following exit where you will find 4 towns: Floridia-Solarino-Palazzolo-Canicattini. Follow always the road signs to Canicattini town. Go beyond Canicattini town exit and go towards Palazzolo Acreide town. Go beyond Palazzolo A. exit and go straight to Noto. Then, after few hundreds of metres, turn on the right to San Marco-Testa della Acqua. San Marco road presents a road forks, here you must turn always on the right to Palazzolo. Follow this road as far as the end. At the Stop sign turn on the left to Noto. After 300 metres, after the road sign 7° KM, nearly the centre of a bend, turn on the left.
