Detailed description:

Traditional B&B accommodation at the landlady's. It offers two rooms at the first floor, one double room and a multiple one, accommodating 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. One bathroom/toilet sharing on the same floor. A fridge and a microwave are available to the guests. A rich breakfast is served in the garden, under a characteristic gazebo. Chairs, tables and a barbeque corner also available to the guests to enjoy the garden. Private car park aside the house. Internet service available. Dinners served on request. Small independent apartments also available in the vicinity, run by the B&B. The B&B organizes short courses of local cuisine and boat trips for small groups. Maps, suggestions and tourist documentation are provided also on request. A cheerful welcome by the landlady and her to cats will bring you into the nice and cosy atmosphere of this house.

Description of the area:

Leivi's area covers the territory of Chiavari's hill, and it is very convenient to the motorway exit of Chiavari (5 min. drive).
It is also strategically positioned along the Tigullio Riviera at half way between Portofino and 5 Terre.
Easily reachable also by bus from Chiavari town. Ideal to enjoy either the coast and its beaches (East Ligurian Riviera), or the inland area rich in cultural and food traditions (Fontanabuona Valley, Graveglia valley and Aveto valley). Spoilt for choice among a variety of sport facilities available in the area, such as sailing, surf, diving, horse riding, hill-walking, trekking, cycling, mountain bike.

By car: A12 motorway Genova-LaSpezia exit Chiavari, or coast road from Genova to La Spezia up to Chiavari town (don't take the coast road opposite direction from LaSpezia to Genova, which will drive you over the mountain before reaching the coast again near Chiavari)

By train: Chiavari train station along the coast railway route Genova-LaSpezia.
The convenient local bus n. 1 direction Rostio will bring you to the B&B in 10 min. from Chiavari downtown
