Detailed description: This marble-floored villa is beautifully furnished in Spanish style with a large lounge/dining room and fully equippped kitchen. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom, upstairs, has its own balcony overlooking the garden and golf course. There are also three twin bedrooms, one with en suite and own front door leading to courtyard. The courtyard is huge and contains a shady gazebo BBQ and loungers. The garden is large, bright and colourful and it and the private pool are tended weekly throughout the year. There is room for two cars to be parked within our safety gates. |

The villa is situated on the wonderful Nuevo Portil golf course and has several other courses within easy driving distance, the nearest of which is at El Rompido, an attractive fishing village with a number of restaurants and bars. El Portil is the nearest village with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The Portuguese Algarve, Seville, Huelva, Cadiz and Jerez del la Frontera are within driving distance for a day's sightseeing. The local area is one of great unspoiled natural beauty and there are many sports opportunities on the doorstep.
