Detailed description: In a beautiful spanish harbour is our holiday-home only about 300m far from the sea. There is a living-room, a kitchen, 2 sleeping-rooms and a bathoom. The kitchen goes to a garden place with peachtree and flowers. There is an outside kitchen, garden-furniture and a separate room for bicicles etc. The terrace in front of the living-room gives you a wonderful view to the mountains. The pool is connected to the terrace and there is also an outside-shower. There is also a terrace on the roof, from where you can see the sea. So you have sun or shadow to each time of the year or day, just as you please. |

Description of the area:
About 15 min. you walk to and along the sea to reach the palmtree-promenade with restaurants, boutiques, ice-cream parlours etc. The beach is of fine sand and not very deep. The promenade goes to the new harbour and into the city.

The swimmingpool can only be used by ourselves and by our guests. It is looked after by a reliable German firm. The house is situated in a quiet aerea not far from the sea and not far from the city. |
