A roofed parking is available in front of the entrance. The flat is very comfortable and tastfully furnished. The complete equipment offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. Casa Lago is surrounded by lovely big garden and situatet on a very quiet and peacful position. The Pool with terrace and barbeque offers a breathtaking view into the mountains and is only used from the guests of this flat. A piece of paradise in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy! |

The charming medieval town of Penna San Giovanni is located 1,5 km away and offers interesting buildings, piazzas and a romantic park. It is also well equipped with traditional shops, supermarkets, bank, doctor, pharmacy and a variety of restaurants and bars. The adriatic sea (Lido Fermo) is about 30 km away, the mountains with a lot of walking tours are 25 km far. The provincial capital Macerata (30 km) offers open air festivals in July and August. The more famous towns like Assisi, Perugia, Ancona, Urbino etc. you can visit in a days trip (Rom 2 days). You will find nice weekly markets and traditional folklore festivals as well as a lot of art and cultur in the next surrounding.
