Detailed description:

Our 2 new built holiday houses Lavanda and Granada are decorated with love for the detail and very well equipped.

The houses have in the ground floor a completely equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, 1 bedroom, 1bathroo with shower and a considered terrace with a further table. In the upper floor there is another bedroom and a second bathroom (accessible from the bedroom) as well as a large sun terrace.

Casa Granada has also a little gallery with 2 bed sofas for 2 children.

Available are among other things: Air conditioning system in all areas, safe, washing machine, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, gr. refrigerator with separate cooler, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, table-ware for 6 persons, Sat Tv, Radio/CD/MP3-Player, garden grill, sun couches, books, bedlinen, towels....

Description of the area:

The new and lovely furnished vacation houses are situated in a calm settlement approx. 1. kilometres outside of the village Sa Rapita and about 3 Km from the beach of Sa Rapita - Es Trenc. The holiday houses belong to a small group of 7 houses, which use together a large private pool plant on a separate property beside it. There is a pool with approx. 14 x 8 m, a pool house with 5, x 10, m and about 400 square meter sun terraces with couches. Two tennis places of the settlement can be used free of charge.
The golf course Son Antem lies 15 minute by car away, the airport of Palma de Mallorca about 20 minutes
