Im Auslauf des Veddasca-Tals, eines der schönsten Täler am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore, liegt am Ende des Ortes Caviggia, abgehend von der Ortsstraße am Anfang eines Privatweges, in angenehmer Südhanglage, die Casa Magdalena. Das Haus beherbergt auf zwei Etagen jeweils eine Ferienwohnung. Jede der 64 qm großen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnungen verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und Sat-TV, eine Diele sowie getrennte Räume für Dusche und WC.
