Description of the area:
The Property is situated midway between Cheste and Villamarchante, both of which have ample shopping opportunities and are both only a 5 minute drive by car. The Ricardo Tormo Racing Circuit can also be found in Chest. As well as hosting the annual moto GP at the end of October / Vovember, it will soon be host to a round of the formula 1 GP. The town of Lliria (county town of the turia valley) with it's many shops, bars, café's & restaurants is only a 15 minute drive by car. The City of Valencia with it's wonderful Culture, Architecture, many places of interest, including the Museum of Science, Art & Nature along with the L`Oceanografic (sea world ) and many blue flag award winning beaches (most half empty during the week, even in summer ) is just over half an hours drive away. Bunol, home to the famous tomato throwing contest ( Tomatina ) in late August is just 20 mins drive away.
