It is the big house on the left, (the house on he right is for the yield and for the wine production. |

Shops, Restaurant and Supermarket: the nearest are at Km 8, 00 - località Marsigliana (Manciano). The nearest beach is at about km 20 (Albinia) moreover in the area (within 30-40 km) you can easily reach the seaside at: Monte Argentario, Orbetello, Ansedonia, Talamone, Parco dell’ Uccellina. The nearest station is "Albinia Rail Station" which is about Km 16, 00. There is no Bus Service to our house that it is 8 km far away from the nearest village. . . ( there is bus service from the Orbetello Station to all the villages around: Marsigliana, Magliano in Toscana, Orbetello, Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Capalbio. . . . . ). You need your own car to reach the house.
