New holiday-house for 8/10 people in the marvellous Salento in the southern Italy on the coast of Pescoluse. Distance to the famous S. Maria di Leuca only km 10. The clima is nice also during the winter-months. Calm site on a hill with olive-trees and other mediterrean plants in the large garden and private ground. Nice rooms with new furniture, 2 bathrooms, 1 large terracce with seaview. Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, Sat-television. Sandy or rocky free beaches. Animals are welcome.
