The 70m2 ground floor has a kitchen, bath room, dining/living room The house has a large balcony (16m2) with garden furniture and sunshade. The space saver stair leads you to the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), the other bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200 cm). In the living room is a sleepcouche (140 x200cm) The house has gas heating. The bathroom still has electrical heating. The roof has double isolation. Prices on the website have already gone down with 20%. The house is available all year long. Included in the price are light and electricity. It is up to you to decide whether you do the final cleaning yourself or not. Only if you bring pets along, it is not an option to do the cleaning yourself. A dog is included in the price
