The holiday house is suitable for 4-6 persons. It consists of a living room with a sleeping possiblity for 2, digital Sat-TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, WC and a big terrace to garden in the ground floor, and two double bedrooms, a bath and a balconie in the 1st floor.

The appartement constists of a living romm with 2 sleeping sofas, digital Sat-TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit, a double bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies and is suitable for 2 - 4 persons. It is possible to rent the adjecent bedroom with additional bathroom as well, in order to have a 3-room-appartement for up to 6 pers.

A studio is a double room with a bathromm and a balcony, that is aditionaly equipped with a kitchenette unit. It is suitable for 2 people.

The Samsa house is situated in the best area of Rovinj. You can reach the beach in only 4 - 5 minutes on foot, either through the wood or through the village. The beach is mostly pebbles and rocks. There are 2 very good restaurants on the beach, as well as a cafe, a snack bar etc.
