Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus.

Unser Haus ist am Orteingang von Sölden, abseits der Hauptstraße.
Es gibt im 1+2 Stock 5 Doppelz. + 3 Einzelz. Alle Zimmer mit Dusche/WC(ein Doppelz. hat BAD/WC gegenüber vom Zimmer)Im Erdgeschoss ist eine gut eingerichtete Küche (Ceran-Feld-Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine, Schneidmaschine) sowie ein Speise/Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Bettwäsche, Bade+Handtücher vorhanden. Skischuhtrockner im Haus.
In unserem Ferienhaus gibt es immer nur eine Gruppe.
Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus ( in Privaträumen ).

Brötchenservice möglich. Die Preise sind exclusive Ortstaxe: ¤ 1, 25 (Mai-Okt.) und ¤ 1, 50 (Nov.-April) pro Person und Nacht.
Endreinigung EUR 50, 00.
Kaution EUR 100, 00
