It´s just a special holiday house in Greece, in the middle of olive trees of a soft mountain area. Fresh air and a wonderful view to the sea, which is not far away.

Detailed description:

On the big (6600m²) area, there a two houses.

House 1 : 100m² for 4 persons. It has a big (28m² )terrace, a small terrace, kitchen,SAT-TV, living room, 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, toilet, entrance.

House 2 : 65 m², for 2 adults and 2 kids, sleeping room, dining room, kitchen, small terrace,SAT-TV,air-condition,the house is one big room, exept the bathroom and the toilet. In the first floor there ist he sleeping area for the kids. Both houses have washing machines, air condition and Sat- TV.
In the garden you have 94 olive trees, fruit trees, orange trees and a small grape yard. Very peaceful area. The garden is completely fenced in. The houses are part of the village but they are not so close to each ohter. In the next bigger village you have everything you need. It´s a typical Greek village without many tourists from other countries.

Die Gartenfläche beträgt 6600m²,94 Olivenbäume, 12 Obstbäume (Orangen,Zitronen,Feigen,Mandeln,Granatäpfel,Kirschen,Ringlotten,Birnen,Äpfel,Nüsse,kleiner Weingarten) Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.

In beiden Häusern ist Bettwäsche vorhanden. Hand- und Badetücher müssen mitgenommen werden. Die riesige, 6600m² große Gartenfläche, erstreckt sich wie ein wunderbarer Erlebnisgarten, der besonders für Kinder ein unvergessliches Erlebnis ist. Die Häuser sind ca. 8km vom Strand entfernt und du bist schnell im Meer. Silianitika heißt das Nachbardorf am Meer und dort gibt es alles, was ein Urlauber braucht. Supermärkte, diverse andere Shops, Fisch-Restaurants, Tavernen und gemütliche Plätze

If you come by ferryboat in Patras drive to Athens. If you come by plane drive to Korinth-Patras. You have to leave the highway at Selianitika. From Patras you are in Selianitika in about 40 minutes. From Athens airport you will have to drive about 2 hours to Selianitika.You must leave the highway at Selianitika. Right into the village.Infront of the petrol station (Avin) Mr. Kurt Steinmann is waiting for you. He is from Switzerland and speaks beside German, Italian, French and Greek.
