Detailed description:

We lease in our house three apartments. Our house has a beautiful and silent site at by street, within a distance of 2 km from the local center Neustift (direction glacier) in the locality Milders. It is easy reach by car all over the year. The distance to the bus stop is circa 350 m to the shop 500 m. At the house is a parking place and a storage room for ski, bikes, etc. Our apartments are heated if required (for example a cold snap in summer) also in not heated periods. It is possible to get a cot (for an infant) by an advance order. Domestic animals are not allowed. Shoe dryer be available.

Our house Span can be found 2 km from Neustift. Drive the Stubaier Bundesstraße untill Neustift. In Neustift at the roundabout (after the church) turn right the way to Milders. Drive the Street through Neustift so you will come to Milders. After the Busstation "Milders-Brücke", you must take the first street on the right side, drive about 150 m and you will find our Haus Span on the left side.
