Das im Jahre 1748 erbaute Bauernhaus liegt oberhalb des Ortszentrums von Kappl und ist mit dem Pkw (Schneeketten empfohlen) direkt erreichbar. Die Skibushaltestelle ist nur etwa 100 m entfernt. Die direkte Skiabfahrt zum Haus ist je nach Schneelage möglich.

Rund 7 km vor dem pulsierenden Ischgl, kommen auch Erholungssuchende in Kappl auf ihre Kosten.
