Detailed description:

This holiday home was completed in June 1995 and is situated in a privileged, quiet residential area. No through traffic. Grounds of 1.050 m2 situated on the salt water canal. Cape Coral´ is constituted of approx. 600 km of waterways (canals), most of which with direct access to the Golf of Mexico. A boat ride of 20 minutes takes you to the Caloosahatchee-River. The beautiful beaches on Sanibel or Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beach are only 1,5 hours (by boat) from your holiday home.

Equipment: The comfortable house with its approx. 150m2 of living space has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double garage and a swimming pool with a large terrace. The pool and terrace are protected with a very fine net (against insects of all kinds).
