Situated in Pag, in peaceful area Basaca, just 10 minutes walk distance from 15th century's town center, direct at sea with a seaview and are ideal for guests who are looking for peace and getaway from mass tourism.

We offer 6 spacious and luxury air-conditioned apartments with SAT-TV, for 4-7 persons. ach apartment is equipt with WLAN ADSL Internet connection.

Huge terraces offer splendid view of the sea and invite to relaxing sunsetsoutdoor dinners. Garden grill, garden showers , wash-machine , 6 parking places, boat anchore-place are our guests at disposal. Appartments K5, Penthouse is equipt with dishwasher as well.

For our guests, who would like to explore town and suroundings, our bikes are free of charge.

Our motor boat and kajaks are perfect solutions for discovering hiden beaches in the bay.

For our smallest guests, we offer our baby bed and baby chair.
