Detailed description: there are panoramic views, while the Tower room comes with a private balcony, the courtyard room opens onto the fountain areaApartments, double occupancy, east apartment has 2 singles and a double sofa bed suitable for an adult or 2 children. the west apartment has 2 singles and can accommodate an extra single foldaway bed. Central apartment has 2 singles and a single sofa bed. Another folding bed can be put up. Kiddicots can be fitted in. each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower or shower/bath. Windows+doors have fly screens to allow sleeping with fresh air. Ample wardrobe space. An electric generator provided power+is turned on only in the evenings untill 10pm. a littele like being on Safari! Soves run on gas+there is a large gas fridge for the use of the apartments. Upon arrival guests will find a few basic provisions: bread, spread, milk, jam and of course a bottle of wine! bed-sheets are changed once per week, towels every third day. we also have large towels. |

Description of the area:
The water temperature is far warmer than the sea, +we have been drinking it for 10 years without coming to harm. There are no dangerous animals or fish in the lake, so it's safe for children unter parental supervision. A water beetle- a yellow plastic boat - with paddles is available for exploring+the owner has a fishing license. Lagos is 15 minutes distand, +the nearest restaurant lies only seven minutes away where you can eat chicken pukara overlooking the water+watch the sunset. The new motorway from the airport right to Lagos has made the western Algarve more accessible, +the lake area is linked by new roads to a whole variety of unspoilt beaches+upland areas with tremendous views over the littoral. how to find us:From the airport Faro, go direction Faro/Portimao. After appr. 3 km you turn right, direction Portimao. You come to the motorway A22 direction Lisboa+Portimao. follow A22 direction Portimao/Lagos. After approx. 80km you reach turning to Mexilhoeira Grande/Odiáxere

Within 15-30 minutes you will reach sandy bays, the westcoast and Lagos and Portimão if you wish to go shopping. the nearest little village is only 10 min away, there you find a supermarket, farmacia, and the best bakery ever! |

After approx. 80 km you will reach the turning to Mexilhoeira Grande/Odeaxére. take this turning and you will come to a roundabout which you will leave going straight on. you will come to another roundabout, which you will leave turning right, direction Odeaxére/Lagos. you come to Odeáxere after 2 km: first traficlights at beginning of village, than traficlight for passangers (a small open square), you turn right, if you see a windmill to your right, please check your km, the road leads up and will bend to the left, after 4, 6km you see "cofivo" village, go straight ahead, after 5, 1km (from windmill)take left brunch to Pincho, aljezur, Marmelete, Monchique. from now on you have 3, 8km then you turn right in a dirttrack, after 400m it splits, you stay on the gravel!go down the hill left. after 350m you see the sign "privat property". go through the eukalyptus wood and here we are!wellcome! |
