Our appartment is about 1,5 km outside the village of Alpbach, the "Nicest Flower-village of Europe", on the sunny side of the valley.
It has 40 m², with one doublebedroom, one bathroom (with shower/WC), one extraroom and a big kitchen-livingroomcombination with a doublecouch. There's a sunny terasse in front of the appartment.

We are surrounded by fields with a good visibility. In summer it is a good place for nice walks or mountainbiking.
In winter it takes 5 to 10 minutes by car to be at the skislope, at the crosscountrytrak, in the restaurants in the village or at the indoor-swimmingpool (with sauna).
