Die Villa „Picollo Nido“ liegt unterhalb des kleinen Dorfes Coccorino,eingebettet in die mediterane Hügellandschaft.
In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich in Abständen
einzelne Häuser und Villen. Die Landschaft ist einzigartig und von „fast“ überall hat man wunderschöne Aussichten auf das Capo Vaticano. Diese Gegend um das Cap von Vaticano wird als „Perle des Mittelmeeres“ gepriesen.
Die Badebucht von Coccorino erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in ca. 30 min !
Generell ist für einen Urlaub in der Region ein Auto notwendig,da auch die Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur so erreichbar sind.
