General conditions for the use of my house:

Changing of beds and washing is your responsibility. Electricity and water are included in the price. The stove works on gas and electricity (to be refilled if needed, please). Everything is there for you to use, if handled carefully. Should there be any damages or breakages, please let us know or replace the broken object with one of identical quality. The house has been totally cleaned before your arrival. May we ask you to hand it back to us well-swept. The final cleaning will be taken care of by us. The fee charged to you for this is Euro 40.-

Karystos and its surrounding area offer quite a number of leisure activities:
Swimming, surfing, diving, fishing, mountain climbing, guided walks, cycling, motor- and mountain biking, fitness studio, Karate.

If you arrive by car from Patras, you simply follow the new bypass of Athens right through to the exit leading to the ferry port of Rafina (approx. 3 hours’ drive). The ferry is the option that is normally also chosen by those who arrive by plane. Rafina – Marmari is your best bet (closest). It takes about 30 minutes by bus / car from the new airport Spata (El. Venizelos) to Rafina. The ferry crossing takes another hour. Once you have reached Marmari, you need just 20 more minutes and you are “at home”.

Payment conditions: 30% of the total rental price to be paid at conclusion of contract. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival at the very latest to the indicated account.
