Bay of Islands accommodation at it 's best, with million dollar sea views from a million dollar setting and yet only 400 m from the beach and a little farther from shops, restaurants and the wharf in the village of Paihia.
The Swallows Nest offers warmth and comfort in the winter months and air conditioned, cool ambiance in the wonderful, long summers. The Swallows Nest has two separate parts; "The Lodge", a fantastic 3 bedroom home with a magnificent living area with pool and spa; "The Nest", a luxurious 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 guests.

Description of the area:

Paihia is the heart of the magnificent Bay of islands where you can enjoy many trips and tours around this historic and scenic area. Watersports are abundant and diving is amongst the best in the world. Many world record game fish have been caught in the area and the local golf courses are excellent.

Arriving in Paihia from the south, about 3 hours drive from Auckland, turn right into Binnie Street, just after passing The Aloha Motel. Panorama is a conctrete drive forking to the left about 100 meters up the hill. Swallows Nest is on the left.
