This marvellous country-house with 220 qm of housing space is surrounded by chestnut woods and olive trees but at only five kilometres from the sea.

Detailed description:

The country-house is situated in an area of ca. 1.500 qm with olive trees and access to ca 500 qm of fitted open spaces and terraces, private pool and every comfort. The very tasteful arrangement and furniture and the house itself with the different room highs creates a charming and special atmosphere.
The ground floor has three rooms: a bedroom with or a double bed or two single beds, a living room with the possibility to have a bed there for two more persons and a bathroom (with bathing tub).
The middle floor there are four rooms: a double drawing room with a nice decorated open fireplace and fitted kitchen closed to the room and another bathroom (with shower). The drawing room opens to a wide terraces with barbecue, 3m-table and 12 iron chairs which has a great view to the olivetrees and invites for relax or staying together with friends.
The high floor (under the roof) has three more rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

It is silent with an excellent microclimate. Its near to Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure (12 km), Camogli (8 km) Genua (20 km) and the airport of Genoa (25 km). The highway is quite close to (5 km) and within easy reach are the golf area in Rapallo (18 holes), Tennis Clubs and horse Ranches.
To reach the villa, you may leave the car on the parking place and take the 60 m alley to the entrance.
