Villa Mimosa is a beautiful, completely detached six-persons villa with pool, close to the sea with a magnificent view.
The holiday house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden of 600M2.

The downstairs interior of Villa Mimosa consists of a spacey living / dining room with a fireplace,
TV and DVD set, an open plan kitchen and a toilet. There are 5 large patio doors leading onto the two terraces and the garden, which gives the livingroom a light and natural atmosphere.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The villa is nestled in a lush green valley close to the picturesque town of Kaş at the impressive
Turkish south coast. The holiday house is surrounded by a private garden of 600 m2.
There is a swimming pool, shared with two other villas (of British owners),
where you can sunbath on sunbeds with umbrellas.
The large balcony has Turkish beds and a breathtaking view. here are two terraces with permanent shadow.
One of them is a beautiful dining area, the other offers you permanent shadow and a barbeque.
The distance to the sea is 200 meters, which you can reach by steps or road.

Description of the area:

Villa Mimosa is situated close to the centre of Kas, app. 5 km., which is only a 10 minute dolmus ride.
Kas is a small picturesque fisher village with a typical Turkish, mellowed atmosphere. It is situated on the unspoiled Turkish south coast and watched over by the impressive Taurus mountain range.
Its picturesque Ottoman architecture, antique monuments and white facades offers a perfect background to the wealthy displays for tourists in the narrow streets.
You will find antique shops, boutiques and jewellers, textile, glass and earthenware, besides attractive terraces and a tea garden. An evening in Kas is an experience with its high-quality (fish) restaurants, bars and gorgeous terraces.

Kaş is one of the more special holiday destinations in Turkey, far away from mass tourism.
Situated on the south coast with its clear blue water and a great deal of antique monuments, it provides a good start
for sightseeing trips and sport activities: snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving, hiking along the more than two thousand years old Lycian pathways, paragliding, mountain biking, a trip with a Turkish Gullet (wooden boat), etc.

How to find us:

In Kas folgen sie dass Schild: Cukurbag Yarim Adasi = Halbinsel) und fahren auf die Halbinsel.
Nach ein paar Hundert Metern nachdem Sie bei den Ampeln abgebogen sind, gelangen Sie zu einer Gabelung, bei der Sie rechts abbiegen.
Nach etwa drei Kilometern folgt eine dreiarmige Weggabelung (hier stehen viele Werbeschilder für Hotels), an der Sie links abbiegen. Das Meer befindet sich weiterhin auf Ihrer linken Seite. Nach etwa zwei Kilometern sehen Sie zuerst Schilder für das Hotel Aquarius, das Hotel Amphora und das Hadrian Hotel. Hundert Meter danach steht ein Schild des Hotels Diva. Hier biegen Sie links ab, Richtung Meer.

Der erste Parkplatz, nach 50 Meter auf Ihrer linken Seite, ist der Privatparkplatz der Villa Mimosa. Sie erkennen ihn an dem Schild "Villa Mimosa", das neben der Treppe hängt.
Sie gehen die Treppe hinunter und folgen dem Weg, hinter einer anderen Villa entlang, bis Sie zu einem Gartentor gelangen. Dahinter steht die Villa Mimosa.
