The house is completely furnished for 4 persons with a living room with a sleep sofa extending to a bed for 2 Persons, SAT - TV, Radio, central-heater and with modern
furniture kitchen line on one side (gas stove, oven, refrigerator), bedroom and attached shower/toilette and washing machine, a terrace, a garden area with outside-shower, grill- and parking place. The house is on to 6000 a square meter private property in calm single situation, embedded into a sumptuous Mediterranean and tropical vegetation, ca. 200 m over the Tyrrhenian sea because of the gulf of Gioia convenient, with a wonderful panorama view of the sea and the Lipari islands, offers it to you vacation far off from the mass tourism. If you remain at home in your holiday house, you can enjoy a marvellous panorama of Sicily and over the Lipari islands with the ' Stromboli ' up to the Capo Vaticano and admire each evening marvellous sunsets.

Coccorino lies at the mountainsides the Monte Poro south behind the Capo Vaticano. One sees the most beautiful face of Coccorino of the Cap Vaticano. That vacation house lies below the village, embedded into the dream-landscape idyllically. The main-place, with small purchase-possibilities, a hotel, a bar and a small Trattoria lies at the national-street after Joppolo above. A particular Highlight for lovers of the old unadulterated Italian living, a lesser grocer-store is in the upper part of the village! In Coccorino - Mare, the bath-bay below the village, a lesser beach is with management in the summer-season. The rocky coast offers moreover many possibilities for one diving or snorkel-vacation. For travelling-friends is Monte Poro a true paradise.
