This beautiful privat villa in the tranquil Tias countryside has been divided into 4 apartments. The apartments Villa la Vega has wunderful panoramic views along the south coast of Lanzarote. (Views from Arrecife, Pto del Carmen to Lobos and Fuerteventura). It is very quiet, yet conveniently situated just 5 mins by car from Puerto del Carmen and its sandy beaches. The luxurious and tastefully equipped apartments with either one or two double bedrooms, nice living room, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bathrooms, safe, satellite television, large sunny balcony with eating earea and deckchairs. Nice topical garden with heated swimming pool, with shower, sun terrace and lungers - and those spectacular views!
