Detailed description: The villa is hilltop, with a really 360° stunning view. It is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees and by a garden with swimming-pool, wood oven, gazebos, brq, table tennis, table football. On the first floor there is a living-room with real fire, a kitchinette, a large dining room, three bedroom (one with double beds, 2 with 3 single beds), a large bathroom with a shower and double sink, a long balcony on the garden. On the second floor there is a living-roo/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, a large terrace with a stuiing view of the garden, of the old part of the town and of the river Tiber valley. During the summer the owners are in a flat on the ground floor to take care of the property, they can speak English so they will help you in any situation. |

Description of the area:
The area is very nice and quiet, the air is clean, the villa is immersed in the green of hills and mountains of the Sabina area. Around there are many cosy medieval villages, there are also Franciscan monasteries and Farfa Abbey, which are worth to be visited. Rome is easily reachable by a metropolitan train from Poggio Mirteto Railway Station, 7 Km far from the town. there are buses from the town to the Station
