Sie finden uns in einer herrlichen Lage 6 km oberhalb des Golfo Tigullio; die huebschen Kuestenorte Lavagna und Chiavari liegen Ihnen zu Fuessen. Sollten Sie Freunde in Portofino haben, so koennen sie diese von den beiden meerseitig gelegenen Terrassen oder aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer gruessen.
Wenn Sie Ruhe u. Entspannung suchen, werden Sie sich hier wohlfuehlen, und wer Trubel sucht, findet ihn 6 km abwaerts an der Kueste.
Die Casa liegt abseits der Strasse, ein kleiner Fussweg von 150 m ist zu bewaeltigen.
Das Haus ist recht gross, 3 Schlafzimmer, grosse Wohnkueche,Wohnraum mit Sat -TV u. Kamin, Spuelmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gartengrill und Mini-Pool.
