We are renting two wonderful holiday apartments with pool in Villa Katarina (up to 5 persons) and in Villa Minas (up to 9 persons)

Villa Katerina has (at your disposal):

* Full equipped kitchen with a corner sofa.
* Big sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV.
* A small warehouse with washing machine.
* A bathroom with shower and WC.
* A small and comfortable veranda with sitting room.



On the first floor there is:

* A bedroom with a double bed.
* Water Closet and a
* Balcony

Between the ground floor and the first floor there is a mezzanine with two single beds. The house has a/c upstairs and downstairs and it is suitable for 4-5 persons.

Villa Minas has (at your disposal) on the ground floor:

* A big bedroom with double bed.
* A small bedroom with a single bed.
* A fully equipped kitchen with a corner sofa.
* A bathroom with bath and WC.
* A big room with a fireplace, satellite TV, studio couch, a very comfortable terrace with a corner sofa and a sitting room

Description of the area:

The village of ELIA is situated about 15Km from Heraklion, the main town from CRETE.

The airport is 12Km away (no noise at all!), the sea at 4 Km (NICE SANDY BEACH!).

In the Village are living about 350 Cretans in a typical, hospitable CRETE community.

There are 2 mini markets, a butcher, a bakery and a small Greek TAVERNA.

For recreational activities there are a lot of possibilities.
