Casa Katharina liegt ein bisschen außerhalb von Balestrate inmitten eines großen Obstgartens in dem gerne geerntet werden darf. Kinder können sich austoben oder die Eltern sich die nötige Ruhe gönnen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 1500 Meter. Somit ist Casa Katharina mit allem ausgerüstet, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die große Veranda ist ausgerüstet mit Hollywoodschaukel, Tisch, Gartenmöbel und Grill.
